The project at CCU science building, Conway, SC involved the addition of a 71,150 sq. ft. second annex to the CCU’s existing building which was constructed in the year 1980. The proposed annex comprises of offices for 40 faculties, 8 teaching labs, a classroom with a capacity of 460 seats, 2 classrooms with 245 seats and one Ecology teaching lab and six small labs for Ecology research.
Using the input design drawings 3D models of the MEP elements were developed. Once the 3D models were developed, coordination and clash detection were done with the architectural and structural 3D models.
